OPM Sport

The sports sections of the OPMs are not open exclusively to the ‘old boys and girls’, it is open to anyone and everyone who wants to enjoy playing for one of the oldest clubs in Plymouth.

OPM Hockey

OPM Hockey Club welcomes any players of any level or age; you don't even need to be an OPM or alumni.

The OPM Hockey Club currently operates three senior men's teams in the West of England and South Wales Hockey League, and are introducing a ladies team for the 2016-17 season.

The sports sections of the OPMs are not open exclusively to the ‘old boys and girls’, it is open to anyone and everyone who wants to enjoy playing for one of the oldest clubs in Plymouth. We currently have players ranging from ages 15 to 50 (the latter of whom shall rename nameless!), of which most are not Plymouth College alumni but who, as players for OPMs, have become associate members, which affords every member certain benefits which you will not get in other clubs at this level.

The OPM Rugby Club was established in 1926 when in February of that year P. A. Harris was elected as Captain for the coming season. A ground near Crownhill was acquired for use on Saturdays and the club registered 30 playing members and several active non-playing members.
