Two Year 10 teams have completed their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh expedition this week walking over Exmoor. One team opted to walk over Dunkery Beacon, the highest point on Exmoor, and then along the stunning coastal path between Porlock and Minehead. The other team visited Culbone Church, the smallest church in England which is also very remote, being only accessible via the South West Coast Path. On day two they also then walked over Exmoor to their finish in Minehead. Both teams enjoyed a nights camping near Porlock where they cooked their dinner having carried everything in their two-day, self-sufficient expedition.
