Sixth former, Bethany Gare, has completed her BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Performing Arts. Taking two years to complete, she was awarded an impressive Distinction*.
The talented performer had to compose her own ballet dance and perform it in front of an audience, which was recorded and sent to the examiners. Bethany also had to take part in a group dance and a group song as part of her qualification.
Bethany trains with Italia Conti and last year achieved a LAMDA gold medal in Mime. Her next goal is a Diploma in Mime, which will take a further two years to complete.
