Local businesses sponsor sailing club

Three local contractors have sponsored the Royal Western Yacht Club Cadets - Plymouth College pupils sail with the Cadets as part of the school's Sailing Club.

A & A Decorators, Vince Crowe Ornate Plasterwork Specialist and Steve Higgins Engineering, who all work closely with Plymouth College, have sponsored a boat each. As well as club sessions, the boats are regularly used by the young sailors in inter-school regattas.

Roger Irvine, Chairman of the Cadets said: "I would like to thank all the sponsors for their generous support, which is gratefully received by the Cadets at the Royal Western Yacht Club."
