Two Plymouth College pupils have qualified for the National Schools Equestrian Association (NSEA) National Championships in two different disciplines. Sydney Bond, Lower Sixth, came third individually in the 80cm Jumping with Style (Arena Eventing) competition, and the following week Martha Miles, Year 10, came third individually in the Elementary dressage competition. Both girls will now travel to Addington Manor in October to compete in the national finals. We wish them every success.
The NSEA runs competitions for any pupil who has a horse or pony to compete on. There are competitions throughout the year in a range of disciplines, which are shown on the NSEA website and on the school calendar. Pupils must be registered with the NSEA before they can enter. If any pupil wishes to compete on behalf of the school, please contact Miss Tremaine to find out more details.
