With a fantastic set, an array of colourful costumes and an enthusiastic cast, Plymouth College Preparatory School's production of a Midsummer Night's Dream was a fitting finale for Year 6 pupils.
Held in the school's theatre, the traditional elves, fairies and goblins were joined by Batman and Robin, turning the dream sequence into a Gotham City nightmare!
"The children put on a splendid performance and acted with real passion", said Headmaster Chris Gatherer. "Many of the main characters have been rehearsing since February and the parents have done a wonderful job with the costumes."
A collection at the end of each performance raised money for Simon Adams' Father Abraham Charity in support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
