The Prep School A team started their match well with some good defence work. The attack was also first-rate resulting in a goal scored by team captain, Tommy Eyston.
In the second half, Blundell's stepped up their attack and tried for goals at least six times. Excellent defense by the Prep goal keeper, Toni Hunter, kept Plymouth out of trouble. The final score was 1-0 to the Prep School.
The B team also had a successful afternoon. Both sides were passing and attacking well - Blundell's just missed out on scoring when Prep goal keeper, Sophie Vaughan, made an excellent save. Ceri Evans then went on to score the only goal of the day and match ended in another 1-0 victory to the Prep School.
