Ahead of a Year 1 trip to Wembury Beach, Wembury Marine Awareness Officer, Cat Ridout, called into the Prep School to talk to the children about what they might see when they visited.
It was a fantastic, sunny day when Year 1 arrived at the beach a few days later. The children spent a fascinating time in the rockpools where they found many of the creatures that they have been learning about in science lessons.
The children enjoyed seeing the plants and animals in their natural habitat.
