Plymouth College athletes have taken two individual and two team titles at the British Modern Pentathlon Championships.
Kerenza Bryson took gold in the U19 girls. Fellow Plymouth College athlete Eimear O’Neill was unable to claim the top spot because she is Irish but joined Kerenza and Veronika Procher on the podium for the team prize.
Tobias Hierl, who is German, was unable to collect individual bronze but claimed team gold along with Paddy Erkine and Edward Clark.
The fourth title went to Georgina Mitchell in the U15 girls.
Seren Allen was awarded the bronze medal in the U17 girls although Anne Kleidon, who is German, finished just ahead of her in third place.
“I am absolutely delighted at these results,” said Andy Hill, Director of Modern Pentathlon and Fencing. “It was a truly magical day where everyone performed really well at the same time.”
