Year 10 pupils who study French were invited to join Paméla Vachon, the French Assistant, for a very special activity.
They had the opportunity to taste some of Quebec's treats such as ''poutine'' (French fries, gravy and cheese curds), ''sucre à la crème'' (a soft creamy fudge) and ''sirop d'érable'' (maple syrup).
This activity enabled the students to learn more about the culture of a Francophone country, which they most definitely enjoyed!
