Talented actresses, Nada Khalil and Hettie Burrows, both 17, have been awarded their DUO Acting LAMDA Gold Medals (grade 8). Trained by June Pick, the girls achieved distinction and have gained valuable UCAS points.
For their exam, Nada and Hettie performed three contrasting scenes from plays from different periods. They chose the tragedy 'Antigone' by Sophocles, 'Yerma' by Lorca and the comedy 'House and Garden' by Alan Ayckbourn.
