We've had a great week in extra-curricular activities this week, ranging from our netball team getting back into practice, to our Enterprise Club who have started to create ideas on re-selling books.
Netball
Netball is back! After a long few months away the girls are back on court. We have spent the last few weeks familiarising ourselves with skills and drills and even managed to get ourselves into some social distanced match play. It has been a pleasure to have the girls back and welcoming all of our new girls too. The level of play has continuously seen improvements over the last few weeks and I’m sure we will continue to see even more improvements over the coming training sessions.
Enterprise Club
For Enterprise club we are following the Tycoon.com competition which is operated by the Peter Jones Foundation. Marcus Hext and George Hayward have set up their own Ebay page to try and sell some unwanted Classics books and are looking for other Year 9 and 10 students to help them create some Xmas decorations made out of old Classics books.
Outdoor Education
This week has been fun-filled with outdoor education! Even though the weather has not been our friend to go coasteering, we took the opportunity to go white-water kayaking and it did not disappoint!
