Nineteen Year 10 students have been appointed as Plymouth College Ambassadors. The students have been chosen for being positive role models within the year group, demonstrating a willingness to volunteer, teamship and leadership skills.
With senior pupils on study leave, the Ambassadors will undertake dining hall duties and show visitors around the school. The Ambassadors will also be attached to a lower school tutor group and escort them to Speech Day at the end of the summer term.
“Many congratulations to our Ambassadors,” said Head of Year 10, Dana Roberts. “These students have already made valuable contributions to the school community through their care and commitment to others. We hope this opportunity will enable them to develop their leadership skills and to continue to have a positive impact as they go about their duties as Ambassadors.”
