Plymouth College Preparatory School’s U11 and U9 cross country teams have come back from St Petroc’s School’s annual cross country event with a clutch of trophies.
The U11 boys’ team came first with all six boys finishing in the top 20. Nearly 70 runners took part in the race. The team were:

With a similar number of competitors, the U11 girls weren’t far behind taking 2nd place in their race. The team were:

Both the boys and the girls’ U9 teams came 3rd. They were:

Taking place on the cliff tops at Bude, 20 schools and nearly 250 children took part in the competition. The Years 3 and 4 pupils completed a 900m course while Years 5 and 6 ran 1600m.
