Boxes of cereal, tins of soup and baskets of fruit and vegetables were just some of the many food items the children at Plymouth College Preparatory School brought in to the Harvest Festival service. Held in the school chapel, the children performed poems and songs beautifully and spoke about the importance of Harvest Festival and how it began. They remembered those less fortunate than themselves in their prayers at the end of the service and donated their Harvest gifts to the Salvation Army, Plymouth Homeless Service.
