Prep children take their first steps in music

Plymouth College Preparatory School’s First Steps Concert saw pupils perform a range of musical pieces on the piano and saxophone. 

Held in the school chapel, the concert was for beginner musicians who have only been playing their instruments for a short time. For many of them this was the first time they had played their instruments in front of an audience.

Headmaster, Chris Gatherer, said: “What a fantastic concert we enjoyed.  It is always extremely gratifying to see how much talent we have coming up through the school.  Well done to all concerned.”
