Plymouth College Preparatory School’s U11 girls’ cross country team put in a fabulous effort to win the Blundell’s Cross Country competition. Taking place in a beautiful spring day, the event involved hundreds of runners from schools across the region.
Bringing home the team trophy for the school, Megan Bishop was 3rd, Rebecca Eadie 10th, Indie Burrows 11th and Kate Short 16th. In the boys’ race and running in an age group above his own, William Mills put in a great performance to come 19th. Also running in an age group above their own, were Verity Tank who came an impressive 8th and Holly Lane who finished 22nd in the U9 girls’ race.
Runners from Plymouth College’s senior school competed in the U13 race.
